PHILOSOPHY
With over 3 years of experience in teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Dr. Divya Poojary is a dedicated Yoga Therapist who believes that healing is not a destination, but a conscious return to oneself. Her approach is based on integrating the traditional foundations of Yoga outlined by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, with evidence-based therapeutic application. For her, Yoga is therapy when it is practiced with awareness and compassion. Rather than offering generalised fitness routines, she focuses on personalised, disease-specific practices that address the root cause of illness. With training in both Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, she adopts an integrated approach of mind- body practices, recognising the role of various bodily systems in promoting health and wellness.
